Book Package From Angelica R. Jackson

Angelica has a new book coming out in May from Crow & Pitcher Press, and you can get it early by bidding on this package! Package includes a signed copy of the photobook Capturing The Castle: Images of Preston Castle (2006-2016) plus more goodies.
(click on the headline above to see the details)

Capturing The Castle has over 100 photos in 60 pages, and these photos were taken over a ten-year period.

Back cover:
On a hilltop in Ione, California, there stands an unlikely castle with fanciful turrets and a
soaring clock tower, with its ruddy bricks warmed by the afternoon light. This is Preston Castle, formerly known as the Preston School of Industry, which operated as a youth correctional facility from 1894 through 1960.
Fascinated by this unique building, I have photographed its interior over a ten-year period, and learned something of its history. Meanwhile, the Preston Castle Foundation has been working to preserve and restore selected rooms, and many of these photos will take you back in time to their state of arrested decay.

Also included in the package is a signed copy of Crow's Rest, a darkly funny YA urban fantasy novel with a setting inspired by Preston Castle and surrounding foothill towns.

Avery Flynn arrives for a visit at her Uncle Tam's, eager to rekindle her summertime romance with her crush-next-door, Daniel.

But Daniel’s not the sweet, neurotic guy she remembers—and she wonders if this is her Daniel at all. Or if someone—some thing—has taken his place.

Her quest to find the real Daniel—and get him back—plunges Avery into a world of Fae and changelings, where creatures swap bodies like humans change their socks, and magic lives much closer to home than she ever imagined.
Plus, a postcard created exclusively for the IndieGoGo campaign for Capturing The Castle--the campaign will have ended by the time this post goes up, so this may be your only other chance to get it!

This item will close on April 27, 2017, at 9:00 PM EST. Any bids placed after that time stamp will not be honored. Once the auction closes and payment from the highest bidder is confirmed, a request for a mailing address will be sent to the winner. Shipping is open to U.S. addresses only.
